1. Plasma Smallholder Scheme

We integrate local self-reliant oil palm farmers through a fair plasma partnership scheme. PT THEP provides guidance on sustainable oil palm cultivation techniques, supplies superior seeds, and guarantees FFB crop purchasing in compliance with government-regulated pricing, helping boost smallholders' economic independence.
