The presence of THEP has brought a positive impact on economic progress and community welfare, especially in Bangka Regency and West Bangka Regency. THEP is committed to enhancing economic growth by opening up jobs, empowering local communities, improving infrastructure, and actively participating in community social activities through structured and measurable Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs.

THEP fully supports environmental sustainability commitments by implementing sustainable palm oil plantation patterns, supporting natural environment and biodiversity conservation programs, implementing zero-burning land clearing practices, and promoting zero-waste utilization.

THEP applies work standards in accordance with the Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO) guidelines and achieved ISPO certification in 2017.
