PT TATA HAMPARAN EKA PERSADA
Every stage is designed to maintain plantation productivity while fully complying with eco-friendly standards.
The production process begins with intensive crop nursery management using certified superior seeds (DxP varieties). We nurture oil palm sprouts under close supervision in pre-nursery and main nursery areas with automated irrigation and scheduled fertilizing to produce strong, healthy crops.

Oil palm crop care covers weed control, precision fertilization based on leaf analysis, and eco-friendly pest monitoring. We minimize synthetic chemical use by applying natural predators (biological pest control) to preserve long-term soil fertility.

Harvesting is conducted manually by trained workers adhering to strict maturity criteria (optimal ripeness fraction). Harvested FFB is promptly gathered at collection points (TPH) on the estate and quality-inspected to ensure fruits remain undamaged before transport to the mill.

Transport time from estate to mill is crucial. PT THEP coordinates a precisely scheduled transport fleet to ensure FFB arrives at the Air Duren Palm Oil Mill in under 24 hours from harvest. This is highly important to maintain low Free Fatty Acid (FFA) levels in the palm oil.
